By creating an account or using Vexoria, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

Vexoria is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe violate this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Vexoria cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the service
  • Generate content involving minors or illegal activities
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service

5. Payment and Credits

Credits purchased through Patreon are governed by Patreon's terms of service. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Unused credits expire based on your subscription status.

6. Content and AI

Vexoria uses AI to generate conversational content. You understand that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for how you use generated content
  • We reserve the right to moderate or filter content

7. Training Data

If you opt in to training data collection, your conversations may be used to improve our AI models. This is entirely optional and can be disabled in your profile settings at any time.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vexoria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
